Before Your Order Ships
Most orders are handmade or hand-finished to order. Please allow [1–3] business days for processing and quality inspection before your order ships. Custom or engraved pieces may need [X] additional business days.

If Something Goes Wrong in Transit
Every Zalkari order ships fully insured. If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you never received it, contact us within 48 hours — we'll file the claim and get a replacement moving, at no cost to you.
Getting Your Address Right
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it ships, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will need a reshipping fee to send back out.
